Lessons can be cancelled for free with more than 24 hours’ notice
Cancellations within 24 hours or missed lessons will be charged in full
If you cancel a package after starting, you’ll receive a refund for unused lessons
Completed lessons will be deducted from the total refund amount
For medical emergencies, your package can be paused and resumed later
