Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a lesson package after starting, you will be refunded for the unused lessons. The cost of completed lessons will be deducted from the total. For example, if you cancel after 2 lessons in a 10-lesson package, you will receive a refund for the 8 remaining lessons. The refund will be processed based on the date of your email request.
Medical Emergencies & Course Freeze
If you are unable to continue lessons due to a medical emergency, your package can be put on hold. The remaining lessons will be credited for future use once you are ready to resume.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available with more than 24 hours' notice. If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice, the full lesson fee will apply. This policy applies to both individual lessons and package bookings.
We'll assess your current level during a free consultation to recommend the most suitable program for you.
For optimal progress, we recommend 1-2 lessons per week, but we can create a schedule that works best for you.
All essential learning materials are included in the lesson price. Additional resources may be recommended but are optional.
You'll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a camera, and a quiet space for your lessons.
